I have been active with United Way for more than 10 years and truly believe in the mission. It is an organization which reaches near and far and makes an incredible impact on our community. That's why I'm happy to be involved with the annual sports equipment drive.
Clutter Got You Down? Get It Out!
As a REALTOR with Beverly-Hanks & Associates, I have seen how clearing out the old allows for change and forward movement. Purging items from your home feels amazing!! It allows you room to move and space to move forward. Donating those items to kids in need creates the perfect slam dunk!
We have all purchased equipment for our children because they wanted to try something new. Or have purchased new items because our child is rocking their sport and they need to upgrade. But what to do with the unused item that are just taking up space? DONATE THEM to our equipment drive and we promise they will be used and loved by new children!
This opportunity will not only open space in your home but will give kids a chance to try a new sport...and maybe enable them to become the next Mia Hamm? Tiger Woods? Avery Jenkins?
#KeepKidsActive This Summer
All items collected will be used right here in Buncombe County by kids in summer camps administered by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western North Carolina, YMCA of Western North Carolina and Children First/Community In Schools of Buncombe County.
