For the fourth year in a row, we had a pretty big incentive for donors. Paramount Kia of Asheville donated a new Kia Soul and it helped increase new donations to the Community Investment Fund.
Anyone who made a contribution of $250 or more by January 30 was eligible to become a finalist.
Wouldn't it be great if there was one place to call when you needed help? United Way thinks so. That’s why we run the NC 2-1-1 Asheville Call Center. When you need help or information for yourself, your family or someone you know all you need to do is dial 2-1-1 or visit NC211.org to get connected. Dial 2-1-1, it’s FREE, 24/7, and available in all languages.
For the fourth year in a row, we had a pretty big incentive for donors. Paramount Kia of Asheville donated a new Kia Soul and someone is going to WIN it! Anyone who makes a contribution of $250 or more by January 30 is eligible to become a finalist. 10 semi-finalists will be randomly selected and the winner will be choosen in late February/early March in an event at Paramount Kia of Ashevillle.
Thank you to Paramount Kia of Ashevillle for providing this incredible incentive. Please keep them in mind when you get the urge to update your ride.

Each year, an incredible group of people fill some very important roles in the community. We call them Loaned Executives (LE) and they are professional-level, temporary fundraisers. They are often the first face many think of when they think of United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County.
