Circle
The History of Highlands Circle
On the 20th anniversary of The Peaks Society, a group of Peaks
members formed the Highlands Circle to further the mission
of United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County. Highlands Circle
is United Way’s initiative, designed to increase philanthropy
and volunteerism in the emerging leaders of our community.
It offers social, educational and community service opportunities
for its members.
Throughout the year, Highlands Circle members enjoy a number
of exclusive members-only events designed to help improve
their leadership skills, business networks and community awareness.
