UNITED WAY KITCHEN TABLE

Thank you for registering for this exclusive virtual culinary experience with renowned chef, Ashleigh Shanti. With deep roots across Appalachia, Ashleigh has found her culinary identity here in Asheville. Her cuisine pays homage to the rich African-American culinary traditions that once thrived in Southern Appalachia. In addition to engaging and cooking with Ashleigh, we'll take a deeper dive into United Way's equity work with guest speaker Joseph Jamison, United Way's Equity and Network Development Specialist.

NEED TO KNOW

To register, please fill out the fields below. Once registered, you'll receive two emails:

  1. An initial confirmation email.
  2. A second email with the link to access the virtual experience will be sent prior to the event.
  3. Each participating household will receive a goodie-bag. Information on how to pick yours up will be included in your 1st initial confirmation email.
  4. Chop Shop Butchery has generously agreed to support each household with your meat order for this recipe. Details can be found in your goodie-bag and in your 1st initial confirmation email. 

100% of your event donation will go directly to the Live United fund in support of Community Schools, where we help to create a united and resilient community where everyone belongs and everyone thrives.
