Our NC 211 team works tirelessly to answer calls 24/7/365 from North Carolinians across the state. From the call specialists, resource team members, call center managers, and administrative staff we are grateful for all of them and the work they do to support this service.

About NC 211

NC 211 is a free and confidential health and human services information and referral system available in all 100 counties across North Carolina. 

United Way of North Carolina manages NC 211, with the support of many local United Ways in North Carolina. 

North Carolina residents can call 2-1-1 to speak with a call specialist over the phone OR visit nc211.org to search the database of resources. The search tool allows users to find resources in their local community that meets their needs.
