We would like to share a warm congratulations to recently retired former CEO David Bailey on being recognized with the Excellence in Public Service Award last night at the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. The Excellence in Public Service Award recognizes an individual for his or her outstanding contribution to the community through involvement, service, or motivation to improving the quality of life for citizens of Buncombe County.
