PARKING UPDATE! On Wednesday, August 15th, the parking lot surrounding our building at 50 South French Broad Avenue in downtown Asheville will only be available for use during business hours for the staff, clients and volunteers of the 20+ nonprofit organizations and businesses operating within our building.
We are beyond excited for the continued growth and expansion of our friends and neighbors at Hatchworks, Little Bee Thai, Galaxy Digital, Grail MovieHouse, Hopey & Company and more. But with such a limited number of spaces for those working and obtaining services from within our building, we must ensure those spaces are available during business hours, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Visitors to our building are asked to park in the yellow lined spaces in the front and back of the building. The agency you are visiting can also provide a dashboard pass if you need to park in main lot. If you are visiting our building, and receive a warning or ticket, simply speak to the agency you visited and they will alert the parking enforcement team at McLaurin to clear that ticket.
Like many other lots throughout the city, we will make our lot available for paid parking during non-business hours, after 5:00 p.m. and on the weekends. There are signs indicating cost in front of each space. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
