45+ years — that's how long we've run a local call center in this community. Through good times and bad, NC 211 staff have helped to guide our neighbors in need. You have been the consummate, compassionate professional on the other end of the line helping those in crisis. Through pandemics, economic crashes, hurricanes, and floods, you've remained steadfast in your commitment to serving every caller. Thank you! But more than that, you've also helped families navigate their individual challenges. No matter the wide-ranging need, you've been that lifeline. 45+ years — you have always been there for North Carolinians, and have always picked up the call.
And for that, we want to gather and celebrate our history and recognize you and your contributions to this community. Please join us for a celebration for those connected to 211 and a special pre-party for current 211 staffers like you!
