United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County is fortunate to work with hundreds of dedicated volunteers. From workplace groups to individual volunteers, those who find service opportunities through United Way’s Hands On Asheville-Buncombe website join a robust, diverse community. Through volunteering, you help to shape Buncombe County. 

We want to show appreciation for all the people who have collectively volunteered thousands of hours with over 150 organizations across Buncombe County. Please join us as we celebrate the impact volunteers have on our community.
